November is a memory. Not sure where the month went...but it did! Somehow it was Halloween one day and Thanksgiving the next. It actually feels like the season with all the rain, snow and cold temps. So it's now official.... Holidays are upon us!
Scrolldown to the end to find links to books, yarn and upcoming events. Or keep reading to see what our Holiday Elves have done with the shop!
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
The shop elves were extra efficient this year. We're welcoming December with bells on, candy canes in our pockets and well stocked. That frees us up to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. Our Christmas displays are up and beautiful. Every year I'm amazed how our Industrious Shop Elf manages magically turn the shop from everyday into a wonderfully festive and jolly holiday world. I leave Tues and return Fri morning loads of new things.
Nutcrackers galore (who smell suspiciously of yummy toasted almonds)
mmmmmmm Candy Canes!!
Now this smells of Christmas trees (without the pitch and needles on the floor!) and so far it's been very popular with customers too.
Loads of Newly Published Christmas Books
Publishers went to town this year with biggest crop of brand new christmas titles we've seen in years. It was hard to narrow down the order to the best.
Yes...I know it says Snow Rabbit....but don't tell the Sheep he is not a Rabbit.....
Grandma's Christmas Wish.....for...Snow...so the Merry Christmas Squirrels have fun!
Little Golden Book: Collection of 9....(yes (!) Classic Christmas Stories in one book!
And isn't Rudolph handsome when he glows all rosy red?
Forget Waldo....let's find Santa!!
Who doesn't like puppies for Christmas..... Right Jackson?
(I know Daddy says no but Auntie would totally get you one if she could.....)
Coloring books show no sign of letting up. Publishers are cranking out
new titles to keep up with demand. Christmas....everyday....travel size....we got em! Holiday and regular coloring books for kids and adults. Along with colored pencils and markers. We're well stocked when it comes to coloring books!
This is favorite coloring book series at the moment. It's a nice size, great designs to color away stress and reach your happy place. See how many copies on the shelf? That's how much I love these titles
Plenty of stocking stuffers as always....New candles, soaps, lotions. Nail files, notebooks, cards and writing sets. Puzzles, funny tea towels, pillows and boxed signs. Oh and new aromatherapy line too. Pulse point balms, tea soak sachets and shower bursts (like a bath bomb for shower). I'm enjoying them. Makes the whole bathroom smell lovely and the scents do help ease the old sinuses! Make nice stocking stuffers too.
Really needed this few weeks ago! Pulse point balms & shower bursts. Fun and healing.
