Autumn Sweater KAL

Time for our Autumn Sweater KAL. We're making The Weekender by Andrea Mowry. Andrea's patterns are always well written and this is one of her most popular. Knit-a-longs great way to knit with others and find helpful encouragement along the way. It's long been on shop's To Knit list so it's official: Kim has a real reason to cast on another project!!!

Silhouette is slouchy and cozy! This pullover is worked in the round, bottom-up & seamless and has a boatneck. There's a bit of interest at the neckline, a few techniques (tubular cast-on, short-row shaping, 3-needle bind off) but nothing too difficult. Should work up quickly too. Perfect for a gift or a snugly hygge jumper for winter.

Pattern calls for worsted weight yarn with a gauge of 18sts in stockinette stitch in the round, after blocking. Pictured above: Juniper Moon Farms Cumulus in a soft blue.  Sizing very generous and shown with 10" ease but you can make it less. Yardage range from 915-1910yds for 9 sizes (finished bust ranges 39.5" to 72.5").

You'll want to work up a swatch beforehand and block it too. Some prefer to just jump right in, because it's so slouchy oversized it's bound to fit, right? ;) Besides, if too small for me....it'll fit my beautiful petite niece or sister!
