May is big "M" month in our family: Megan and Mosey's birthday. It's Mother's Day. And it's May. That's a lot of M's. This year we're having a flash sale to celebrate the M's.

But secretly I'm making it all about Megan! For me it's the MMMMegan Sale! 

And For good reason...

Megan's birthday always eclipsed by Mom's Day. We had birthday cakes but sometimes it's on Mother's Day! She was bummed when Mother's Day and Her Birthday aligned! For a little kid this is hard. Birthdays are your day! 

So what did Megan go and do as an adult? 

She had Mosey a few days after her birthday! Granted my niece is the most adorable thing ever and we can't remember times before she came zooming into our world. Except now Megan's big day always eclipsed by Mother's Day and Mosey's Day! 

Now we do a combo family party for Megan and Mosey. With two cakes of course!

But Why am I calling this the MMMMegan Sale?

People don't realize: 

Without my amazing much younger sister......maisieblue wouldn't exist. 

She jumped into this dream of mine and makes sure things stay afloat. We started small and bare-bones.  Always my "much-younger-sister" was right there making this dream became a reality. 

When it was time for big display re-dos, deep cleaning or turning the shop into a holiday winter wonderland every year.... that was all  Megan. 

She use to work a day a week before she became a Boss Lady Manager full time elsewhere. Many recall her the puppy, Posey. For years customers then came in to see Posey not Megan. Still get customer coming in looking for him

Megan is the glue that holds the shop and me together - literally. She is my guardrail, keeping me in check. Things paid, filed and kept legal. 

  

 I can only do what I do in this shop because of her. Full-stop. 

Especially after these past three years....
